Enquiries and proposals
The form prepares a message in your browser. Your name and text are not sent to a database on this website. If you open WhatsApp or your email and send it, Marcelo receives the information to respond, prepare a proposal or manage the requested service. Do not include sensitive third-party information.
How information is used
Enquiries are handled to respond to your request and, where relevant, prepare or fulfil the agreed service. Hosting providers may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the website. We do not sell your information or use automated decisions to determine whether to assist you.
Hosting and external content
The website is published with OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Images, fonts and Chopin are served from this site’s domain. Some demo videos use an external Higgsfield / Amazon CloudFront delivery network; loading them sends technical connection data, such as your IP address and browser, to that provider. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, MioDottore and project websites lead to services with their own policies.
Measurement and advertising
This version does not include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other advertising trackers of our own. Campaign links may contain a source reference, also visible in the WhatsApp message; this alone does not record a visit or send an enquiry.
Retention and your rights
The website does not store form contents. Enquiries received through email or WhatsApp are kept while being handled and, if a service relationship follows, for the time needed to manage it and meet applicable obligations. You can request information, access, correction or deletion and exercise other applicable rights by writing to the contact above. You may also contact Italy’s Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
